Before starting mass production OMB Saleri S.p.a. provides an initial batch of product for internal and external validation.

Our Technical dept. analyses and studies product processes combining the most cost-effective production cycle with High Standard Quality Solutions.

High quality raw material is an unquestionable ingredient for excellent finished products. We’ve been cooperating for years with leading brass and aluminum producers, both Italian and European. Our quality system constantly monitors incoming raw material. Material traceability throughout the entire process is a warranty for our customers.

Forging and die casting are provided by specialized partners following our strict Quality Standard procedures. We are able to forge parts from a few g to 5 kg.

All the parts incoming from our Partner suppliers are constantly checked in order to keep all the phases of production under OMB's High Standard level.

OMB Saleri S.p.A. production facilities are equipped with state-of-the-art machines including CNC, TRANSFER, MULTISPINDLE machines, assisted by automatic loading and unloading robots. Brass and Aluminum bodies are daily produced by transfer machines with turning jaws ranging from 5 to 15 electro spindle units, while more complex or difficult shapes are machined on CNCs ensuring high quality and precision. OMB S.p.a. constantly invests in the latest technology: in year 2015 OMB Saleri S.p.a. expanded its facility list with a Multi-Control Center Machine for medium and small batches with a High Quality Standard Level. Internal tool manufacturing gives OMB Saleri S.p.A. autonomy and flexibility. Each production area is linked to an automatic storage system of tool presetting which ensures durability and tool preservation. Each tool is electronically classified and allocated in an automatic storage system.

OMB is equipped with:

—Fully automated assembling and testing lines with poke-yoke system

—“Grey room” for testing and assembling in a controlled area

—Clean room for H2 components

—Helium vacuum test
